Oliver Sprinkler has a strong corporate infrastructure that allows us to provide customers with the highest quality experience within the fire protection industry. We pride ourselves on our ease of doing business. From accounting to purchasing, our goal is to provide our customers with support and information required to get the job done right.

Purchasing
The purchasing department at Oliver Sprinkler has several responsibilities that allow us to bring the highest quality service to our customers. This department’s primary responsibility is the purchasing of materials and tools for Oliver’s operations. In addition, this department is responsible for obtaining all building permit needs. By having a devoted department in charge of the purchasing, material charging, invoice coding and coordination of all materials needed for jobs and inventory, it enables our fabrication shop to work seamlessly, never having to worry about low or out of stock items. In addition to this, our purchasing department maintains and manages Oliver Sprinkler’s fleet and equipment rentals.
Design
Oliver Sprinkler’s design department consists of 14 designers with over 225 years of combined experience. Our designs consist of many different types of sprinkler systems including, wet, dry, pre-action, foam and special hazards. AutoCAD 2002, 2004, and 2005 combined with Hydratec’s sprinkler software enables us to perform hydraulic calculations which then allows us to create a stock list directly off our drawings. This helps ensure the accuracy of the hydraulic calculations and stock lists. Every designer at Oliver Sprinkler is NICET certified with the highest certification being NICET Level IV. We are also certified to design Fire Suppression Systems in the state of Delaware.
Fabrication
Oliver Sprinkler has its own full-service fabrication shop. With over 15,000 sq. ft of floor space, we inventory and fabricate all the components needed to service and install sprinkler systems. Having our own fabrication shop allows us to have direct control over the schedule and quality of the products we fabricate. This means our customers get the highest quality components, fabricated to stringent specifications, on time. Currently, we have several threading, cutting, and other machines that increase our productivity. One of our most innovated machines is the semi-automatic pipe-welding machine from North Alabama Pipe.
Accounting
Our accounting department is staffed with three full time employees. All transactions in this department are tracked and documented with the use of ForeFront® accounting software. We perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, job tracking, payroll and many other corporate functions.
