Oliver Sprinkler Co., Inc. was founded in 1957. Since that time, we have proven ourselves in the tri-state area as the most respected and dependable fire protection contractor. Since 1999 we have continually done in excess of $20 million in sales, installing over 40,000 sprinkler heads each year.
Oliver Alarm Systems, a division of the Oliver Sprinkler Co., Inc, is an integrated alarm design and installation division aimed at providing owners with a complete fire protection system package. As a Notifier® and Bosch (Radionics and Detection Systems) distributor we can offer alarm and security systems for the most complex and demanding projects.
Our experienced staff of office personnel numbers over fifty, with two professional engineers licensed in the State of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, fourteen qualified sprinkler designers with over 225 years experience, and eight sales people with extensive knowledge in both retrofit and new construction. All fabrication is done in our on site shop facility with an additional fifteen people. The Oliver Sprinkler field installation force includes eighty of the most competent mechanics skilled in all facets of fire sprinkler installation.
Our capabilities of design are enhanced with our in-house computer for the most advanced hydraulic calculations and system designs permitted under the current National Fire Protection Association Regulations and Legal Building Codes. We presently utilize computer aided drafting to enhance our design capabilities. Our firm is capable of participating in the most complex construction projects with the use of up-to-date technologies and superior design expertise.
In the past 10 years, our expertise has been focused on existing and occupied commercial and residential hi-rise buildings. We have also been very successful in obtaining long term contracts to fully sprinkler existing hospitals for Joint Commission approval. Through extensive sales and installation efforts we have fully sprinklered over forty hi-rises and an additional twelve hospitals. Our contracts have been negotiated direct with owners as well as we have been the most responsible low bidder in the competitive bid market. Our commitment of quality to our customer is unprecedented. One of the owners of the Oliver Sprinkler Co. will be the project manager for your project eliminating any delay in the decision making or coordination process. Our Service Organization maintains twenty-five fully stocked vans on the road every day. Twenty-four hour emergency service, city certifications, and quarterly inspections are part of this division’s daily routine.
